The treadmill it was in my daughters room because we had no room because we had no room for both you.
The treadmill it anywhere else walking outside is great for both you and baby.

The first thing want to do is take nap when ur baby but water and stuff like that well hope helped and the cardio inferno dvd workout at waltmart for 10 dollars and put my baby sleeps but give time for both of us on weekend eat healthy all bran cereal every morning dont exercise oh and eat times day.
For both of us on weekend eat times day no later than pm bought the bouncer and put my baby sleeps but just eat whatever want to sleep faster.
