How do I take care of baby wild rabbits?

Well today as gardening my dad, he found two baby rabbits. Its night now. but I have no idea what to do. What do they eat? their eyes are so they 'open;'re not like children. they 're about 5 inches long. How do I take care of them? What should I feed him? Do they have rabies? I 'm totally lost …. rabbits arent as biting or anything that is just sitting in my lap. So what does it mean when you lame?
